Data acquisition, handling and utilisation of personal data
For the processing of your purchase order and possible unwinding we collect, save and process your personal data, if you transfer those to us during your order or when you are creating an account. You can chose whether to order as a guest or to create an account. If you create an account, your name, address, email and where applicable the username and passwort will be saved encrypted.
If you register for our newsletter, with your permission your email-address will be saved and used for own advertising purpose, until you sign off from our newsletter. To sign off is possible at any time. All data will be transfered by ssl-encryption through the internet.

Dissemination of personal data
The personal data given to us is just being used for the ordering process. This is including the transfer of the name and address of the customer
to the transport company which is delivering the goods and where applicable to the bank or the financial service provider (e.g. Paypal) which is
handling the payment. No personal data will be transferred to any other third party.

Right to be informed
As a customer you have the right to be informed about your personal data and where applicable to let it be changed, blocked or deleted.


Right of revocation
You can revoke your agreement to use your personal data at any time.
